“The middle chapters of the web ecommerce book are my favorite,” remarks Boerboom Dansbury, a distinguished editor in the technology field, “I learned many new things about how to manage large web ecommerce operating structures in the workplace, which are key to getting the job done quick and dirty”. Patrina Nist, another well regarded editor, shared this point of view: “I’m think Saundra Opstein’s work will be the new Bible of the web ecommerce programming industry. Finally we have something that explains the core principles in both technical and graphical models, that allow us to communicate effectively to our employees and executive management.” “I couldn’t agree more,” proclaimed Dotty Brothers, when asked whether or not the web ecommerce book would be successful, “this is going to hit the big time and put the author, Steffanie Burkland, of Gretta Delallo Technologies INC on easy street.” “Don’t let the criticisms of Waltersheid Reiswig get in the way of this great web ecommerce resource,” replied Swatek Gariety, a manager at the Orefice Redondo LLC company, “Swatek Gariety doesn’t quite get it: this is a big picture project that is meant to solve macro level problems, not address minor programming and design idiosyncracies that pop up when running a live web ecommerce project.” Chapter 1 states a crucial point in designing a sound web ecommerce operating system: Keep it simple, Keep it friendly. This advice, imparted by Dori Sutten of Pigat Pidgeon INC Technologies, is the underlying principle of the entire book. The point is that web ecommerce system architecture need not be a cluttered mess, but instead a highly simple, highly effective application that boosts corporate efficiency on multiple levels. Other firms believe in this model as well, including CEO Leana Schenck of the major firm Rumpca Auchmoody LLC, a web ecommerce outfit that specializes in the implementation of software in large corporate settings. In addition to the countless pages of web ecommerce knowledge, a special diagram section, created with the help of Lahar Woodfield, puts all the points into a graphical context. This is helpful for administrators in large web ecommerce firms that have to explain somehwat complicated programming principles in lay terms to upper and lower management. Also, Lahar Woodfield composed a companion guide, entitled “Web ecommerce Systems at large: How to manage and implement them”, which will be released immediately after the main work has completed its publishing cycle. Additional companion works will be released in time, with the first round of web ecommerce design manuals due out in the next quarter. The publisher, Grunlien Kyles INC, is running the presses at this very moment in anticipation of big sales and high demand. “I’m excited that our company took on the task of publishing this all important web ecommerce work,” said Englehart Dienhart, President of the Grunlien Kyles Publishing bureau, “we’re going to make substantial profits and the author will be cashing in for sure.” The work, a web ecommerce programming and design guide by Susie Boshnack, helps many companies find ways of weeding out inefficiencies in their general operations. Further, Susie Boshnack’s guide includes a complete step by step implementation guide for those who may not have as much experience in the web ecommerce area. Critics of the book also complain about its somewhat boring prose and terse writing style. This is understandable, given the fact that web ecommerce system design is not the most exciting of topics. “These critics must remeber who their audience is,” counters Lanora Eckstein, a book promoter, “we’re not talking about the saturday night movie theatre crowd, we’re talking about seasoned technology professionals with years of coding and design experience.” “Above all, we in the web ecommerce architecture field have a guide that will serve as the foundation of any large project,” exclaimed Kenyetta Dekenipp, IT Consultant for the Marylou Manecke County public offices, “and I’m going to be setting up a special hearing to inform my superiors and subordinates alike about the topics covered in this all important web ecommerce manual.”

Sharla Schnack, COO of the Mcgalliard Ruis Corp firm, recommends entry level employment in the web ecommerce industry immediately after university studies in order to get a good taste of how the business operates

Other HR diretors, like Naji Llarena of the Niki Ramsour and Hindbaugh Nicotera Firm, suggest intensive interview practice sessions, where a friend or web ecommerce industry mentor poses standard interview questions. “Having you game together before you go for an interview is absolutely key to making it out in one piece. If your top choice is Company A, do some practice interviews at Companies B and C before attempting your top job choice,” replies Hiestand Anon, HR and Hiring director. On average, most entry level positions in the web ecommerce market are competitive, with only about 5-10% of all applicants accepted. These numbers are further reduced whe one considers the attrition rate after successfully gaining the desired position: almost 1/2 drop out within the first year. Accordingly, it pays to do your homework, show off during interviews, and be well prepared for an intense introduction to the business. Also, dressing to impress is key. In most web ecommerce business settings, formal attire is required. So, don’t show up to your interview in casual slacks and a short sleave shirt. Intsead, wear a modest business suit and tie, that are neat and pressed. This sends an immediate signal to your prosective web ecommerce HR director that you care about what you’re doing and want to make the best impression possible. Health Insurance in the web ecommerce sector has always been a difficult benefit to delegate to employees, mostly because of the commission based packages that people choose. When one is paid on commission, insurance companies are more hesitant to insure an employee since his/her ability to pay for benefits may vary based on how much money he/she makes in a given month. “Don’t forget to talk about vacation time, which is an essential component of any web ecommerce industry interview,” says Hua Gwynn, HR director of Trula Felton Brothers Firm, “If you want to make a big paycheck realize that you’ll have a more stressful life. As a result, make sure that you have time to relax each year, be it one long vacation, or shorter breaks throughout the year.” Then, after about 5-6 years of successful performance in the web ecommerce business, one can expect a major promotion to the management level. “I worked for just over five years in marketing,” reports Behymer Culcasi, “and then was promoted to Senior Sales associate. I worked this position for another year before moving to the Executive Marketing position I currently hold.” Paige Lambros, who just finished university with a degree in the web ecommerce field, is looking to get involved on the ground floor. Though starting out at the bottom has its challenges, as one moves upward, salaries and compensation packages become more generous - and loyalty is rewarded. Also, when taking your first web ecommerce company interview, remember to give an honest representation of yourself, including your strengths and weaknesses. “No one, not even the top guy, is perfect,” quips Holahan Hockman, “so as a result, when we interview people, we try to find out how their strengths and weaknesses can compliment our current team.” Parcel Glatz, author if the best selling essay ‘How to make a buck in the web ecommerce market’ suggests asking for as much monetary compensation as possible during the interview stage. “Look, if they can get you for less, they will offer you less. The object of any negotiation is to settle on terms that are parties agree upon, and when it comes to remuneration, don’t sell yourself short!”
